Beauty of Bright &Healthy Lips
Bright and healthy lips are the sign of external beauty and good health. Without
attractive lips beauty of our face remains incomplete. We should pay a little
attention to our lips in the same way that we care for our skin.
In order to
enhance the charm of your face the following points must be followed.
Make a paste of butter and glycerin and apply that on your lips. This is effective
if you have black lips.
Mixture of castor oil and honey are very useful for cracked and chapping
lips.
Gently rub your lips with a soft toothbrush for 1to2 minutes. This may be
done three days a week This repairs your cracked lips and also make them soft. Good
quality balm may be used after such rubbing.
To maintain the natural color of your lips you must drink plenty of water
daily. Add cucumber, grape fruit, watermelon to your diet.
Unhealthy, cracked and blackish lips may also be the sign of low in
vitamins. To get rid of all these problems nutritious food is prescribed. Multivitamins may be also be taken.
Habit of smoking should be stopped. Smoking harms the beauty of sweet and
attractive lips.
Apply a few drops of ghee or muster oil in your naval daily before going
to bed.
