Regulate Melanin for Beauty

Regulate

Melanin

   For         Beauty

Every person has melanin in his/her skin. Melanin is very important for our body. It is the skin’s natural defense against the ultraviolet rays of sun. The amount of melanin present in our body depends on whether we look fair or dark. Generally dark skinned people have more melanin than fair skinned people. We like a brighter and fairer skin tan for our beauty because it enhances the look of a person.

The level of melanin present in our body depends on two reasons. One is genetic factor and another is direct exposure of our skin to the sun. Genetic problems can’t be cured but the second reason can be regulated. When our skin becomes exposed to sun for long time there generates a pigment which is brown. This brown substance is called melanin. It becomes darken when it is oxidized.

Below are some remedies which may be applied to regulate your melanin problems.

v
Try to remain indoors during day times, especially in hot summer days.

v   Before going in the sun you must cover your neck, arms and legs.

To protect your face use hats and sunglasses.

v   Use sunscreen of high S P F (sun protection factor) to all parts of your body. You can use it not only on your face but also in your hands, neck and ears as a guard against the bad effect of UV rays of sun.

v  Vitamin A, B & C are very effective to reduce the level of melanin in your skin. Vitamin E indirectly decreases the level of melanin in your body.

v  Boil some leaves of mint in fresh water. Drink that water in the morning in an empty stomach when the water is cool. Take food at least after one hour. Gradually you skin will be fairer.

v  Rub your face with Aloe Vera juice for five minutes every day. This will brighten your melanin spots.

v  If possible, stay away from the radiations of mobile phones, computers and televisions.

v  Apply Vitamin E oil to all parts of your body to lessen the dark spots.
